Mr. Anglerfish head or so

Ok I have promise to draw this for my friend, Jacqueline for quite some time. But I have been dragging this for weeks. So she said that she wanted to challenge me to draw animals as I did a lot of human portraits-like. This is my 1st attempt, I'm not good at it. I had to look through some references for angler fish. Sorry Jac, I did it simply!! But here ya go :)
